1. Known history. We only certify chairs that were returned for buyer's remorse, such as a change of mind, the wrong color, or an upgrade to a higher model. They are never returned for a functional defect, and each spent 60 days or less in a home.
2. Inspection and grading. Our team checks every chair for shipping damage or wear and grades its condition.
3. Restoration to "A" grade. Each chair is brought to open-box condition. Minor cosmetic marks, such as a small rub or slight fabric blemish, may remain, but there is no significant or noticeable damage.
4. Factory-spec testing. Every chair is fully tested to confirm it meets the manufacturer's performance specifications before it's reboxed for shipping.

Then we back it with a full 1-year warranty covering in-home labor, parts and the frame. If something needs attention, a technician comes to you.
